Cindy Le is A Professional Freelance Makeup Artist and Beauty Aficionado Based in Houston, Texas.

Cindy Le was born and raised in Houston, Texas and began her career as a makeup artist working behind the counter while pursuing her studies. She has a background and an A.A.S. degree in Fashion Design and two B.A. degrees in World Cultures & Literatures and Political Science from the University of Houston. She was also accepted into the notable Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, New York for Jewelry Design, but after a few semesters, she decided to forego her design studies to pursue a career in the beauty industry. Additionally, Cindy is also certified in makeup & skincare. Whilst living in New York City, she honed and perfected her makeup application skills and is now back in her roots of Houston, Texas to make her stamp. With an expert eye for detail and varied background in fashion, Cindy can bring any vision to life. She has worked with some of the most coveted cosmetic brands in New York City including: Chanel, Shiseido, Clarins, Borghese, Trish McEvoy, Laura Mercier, Christian Dior, Tom Ford, Yves Saint Laurent, Nars and Giorgio Armani. Cindy quickly identified a niche in the cosmetics market for makeup application and education with a real focus on personalized attention. Aside from beauty and fashion, Cindy is also passionate about the arts, writing, reading, traveling, academia, philanthropy, and living meaningfully and beautifully.
